Demi Lovato is your Hot Girl of the Day today.  Demi is one of the newest judges on the tv show 'X Factor' which is run by the great Simon Cowell.  Demi and fellow new judge Britney Spears apparently both did great on the first episode last night, but the show had a big drop in viewings compared to the first episode of last season.  Check out the hot gallery below of Mrs. Lovato.
